CULTivate Pre-Orders Open & New Game: Channel WON

Hi all!
In our last update I had let you know that we had sold out of stock of our first print of CULTivate and I wanted to update you on what's happening now! We have opened Pre-Orders for CULTivate on our website for anyone who would like to buy a copy of the game, however manufacturing and freight shipping delays have still been an issue so we won't be fulfilling orders until the games arrive this summer. For anyone you know who is interested in purchasing a copy please refer them to the shop page on our website.
So, what’s next? Well, we have some exciting NEWS for you. We are happy to REPORT that a new game has been in the works. SOURCES say it is a good time. We are hoping this game makes HEADLINES and joins your future game nights. We are launching a Kickstarter campaign for our next game Channel WON on June 21st! You can follow the campaign Pre-Launch Page to be notified on launch day!

Fulfillment Progress
We are wrapping up our fulfillment progress for CULTivate and have sent out all of the orders that we can send! If you have not yet received your order please check your KS direct messages or the email associated with your Kickstarter account to see if we reached out to you about needing additional info in order to send your rewards. If you have not received your order and do not have any messages from us about the status of your order, please send us a direct message ASAP to let us know.

CULTivate Restock Timeline
Thanks to all of our wonderful backers we were able to print 3000 copies of CULTivate this first time around! Our game has been a hit and we have already sold out, so we are working on a second print run to have more stock available as soon as we can. As for a timeframe, we are working on our second print run asap but don't have a clear estimate on what the freight shipping situation will look like when we are able to move the games from our manufacturer. With that being said, we hope to have more inventory in the spring of 2022.

Australian Backers
In our last update we addressed an issue with being able to prepay VAT fees for our Australian backers, but have heard from multiple of you that your packages have been arriving with no issues! This is great news! If anyone is having issues or is being asked to pay for VAT to Australia please reach out via direct message and let us know ASAP.

Now that we have completed the campaign here on Kickstarter, this will likely be our last update for a while. Fulfillment Progress: We're Nearly Completed!

It been such a busy month with fulfillment, but I wanted to take a moment to give you another update on our progress.
Local Pickup
It was so much fun to see our local backers during our local pickup events this past week! While a majority of these orders were fulfilled, we still have a handful of folks who need to arrange individual pickups with us. If you have not already made a plan with us to pick up your game, you should have received an email from us with details about how to arrange your pickup.
US (Including Retailers) & Canada Backers
We have gotten every order that we can sent to our US (excluding local pickup) and Canadian backers. If you are from one of these regions and have not yet gotten your order, please check your Kickstarter messages to see if we need additional information from you.
International Backers
We sent out all rewards (excluding games) to international backers from here in Fargo so you should have received your jellyfish stickers and welcome packages by now. As for your games, our fulfillment center in the UK, ShipQuest, has gotten all of those orders sent out and should be sending you an email with tracking information. Shipping may take a little time, but your games should be arriving to you very soon.
Australian Backers
We are running into some issues with VAT fees for Australia. We have formed a plan to resolve these issues and have sent instructions to all of our Australian backers via email, so please be sure to check that email and send us a message if you have questions.
Incomplete Surveys
We still have about 23 backers who have not yet completed their backer survey, or are missing information we need in order to send rewards. I have individually messaged these backers so please be sure to check your Kickstarter messages if you are unsure about whether you fully completed your survey.
Spread the Word!
We love hearing about your game nights playing CULTivate and are thrilled that so many people have been enjoying the game! With that, we have gotten questions about how to get a copy of the game now that the campaign is over so I wanted to let you know that we are selling CULTivate on our website (https://www.popsbejou.com/shop). Unfortunately, at this time, we are out of stock at our international fulfillment center, but we are still selling the game in the US and Canada. Local Pickup Information

Okay, here's the scoop. We got word that our next shipment of games will be arriving to Fargo on Monday so we will work on fulfilling those last few US orders, along with Retailer and Canadian orders early next week.
Local Pick Up Information
As for the local pickup folks I'm here to provide you with all of the info that you will need about your options for local pickup. I will also be sending you this information via email so you can take a look there as well. We will be holding two local pickup dates here in Fargo to accommodate both those folks that want to just get their game right away when the shipment comes in and those who may be traveling into town or want to sit down with us to demo the game. Both of our local pickup events will be held at The Magic Meeple board game café here in town. If you cannot make it to either of these pickup events please send us a message and we can arrange an individual pickup with you.
Details to know: This will be more of a grab and go event to just pick up your game, but if you would like to stay and play games at The Magic Meeple they will be open for regular business for the evening.
Details to know: We will have the café reserved for this event so you can come in to pick up your game, but also stay to hang out! We want to celebrate with our backers and kickoff the release of CULTivate together! We will have a couple of copies of CULTivate set up for demos if you want us to teach you how to play, but you can also play other games at the café and get to know The Magic Meeple as it is a new business here in Fargo.
Individual Pickup
Again, if you cannot make it to either of the two pickup events please send us a direct message and let us know so we can arrange an individual time for you to pick up your game from us.

Fulfillment Progress

We've been busy this week fulfilling orders, but I wanted to take a moment to update you all on our progress. We also included some pictures below that we took during the fulfillment process.
US Backers
For the most part, we have gotten rewards sent out to all of our US Backers (Excluding Local pickup) but have a couple of addresses we are working on troubleshooting with FedEx. If you have not yet gotten your order know that we are still in the process of fulfillment and it will be on its way to you soon.
International Backers
While most of our games were sent to us in Fargo to fulfill ourselves, a separate shipment of games was sent over to the UK for international fulfillment (excluding Canada). That shipment arrived around the same time as our US shipments, but it looks like it is not quite yet being distributed by our fulfillment center. It should be going out soon, but we will let you know as we hear more.
Meanwhile, we are working on sending out any additional rewards to international backers ourselves including jellyfish stickers and welcome packages.
Canadian and Retail Backers
Our games are arriving to us in Fargo in 2 separate shipments and we have currently sent out all of our inventory from the first 7 pallets. Our hope was that the other 8 pallets would have arrived today, but we heard this afternoon that they are currently in Minneapolis. They should be to us very soon and we will begin filling both retail and Canadian orders as soon as we have more games here to send out.
Local Pickup
We were hoping that our second shipment of games (See above) would have arrived to us in Fargo today, but unfortunately they are in Minneapolis right now. When they arrive, we will send out a message about our local pickup time, date, and location. We are hoping to host two different local pickup events to accommodate as many of your schedules as possible, but will work with you to arrange an individual pickup time if needed.
