Hey again! We've got a couple of updates for you to check out so I'll jump right in!

Rulebook Translations Are On the Website!

Although we aren't printing any translated versions of CULTivate yet, we were able to translate our rulebook! We have received translated copies of our rulebook in French, Spanish, and Portuguese and have added them to the Pops & Bejou website for viewing or to download! 

BackerKit Survey Troubleshooting Tips

We have already gotten quite a few of our BackerKit surveys back but still have some that need to be completed. We've received some great questions from backers and as we've been troubleshooting them we figured we'd share some tips in our update!

Didn't get the survey?

If you didn't receive your BackerKit survey for CULTivate you can have it resent to the email address you used for your Kickstarter account by visiting https://cultivate.backerkit.com/.

*If you have a different email address you would prefer to use please send us a message and we can update your email address in our backer list and resend your survey there!

Opting into Local Pickup?

If you plan to pick up your Kickstarter rewards here in Fargo this fall you will need to select the Local Pickup option rather than selecting United States under the shipping country dropdown option. You do not need to provide a mailing address if you select local pickup but if you do, that's okay, we can just ignore it knowing you plan to pick up your reward. You will not be charged for shipping when you correctly select Local Pickup. 

Moving Soon? No Problem!

You can always update your information any time before we finalize your address. You will get a reminder to confirm your address before we ship!

BackerKit Surveys Are Ready! Opt into Local Pickup!

The surveys are finally here! You should have received an email from BackerKit with a special link to your backer survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.

How do I fill out the Survey?

No need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey, you can just click the link to respond. At the start of your survey you will be asked to select your country for shipping, be sure to select the Local Pickup option if you plan to pick up your game here in Fargo this fall. Next, you will be given the option to select add-ons. Add-ons are in addition to the items you already pledged for via Kickstarter. Those items will already be in your cart. After making all of your selections you will be prompted to enter your shipping address and payment information. 

Need to Update Your Survey?

After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts. If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email.

We're Back With Some Updates!

We're back with news about CULTivate! We've had a busy month post-campaign and we're here to share several updates with you about what we've been up to! I'll be covering updates about the BackerKit survey, changes to international shipping prices, rulebook translations, and most importantly Danny's tattoo, so be sure to read the full update.

BackerKit Survey Update

First of all, I wanted to provide an update on the BackerKit surveys. We are wrapping up the final details of the surveys and will be sending them out to you by the end of this week. These surveys will come to the email account you have linked to your Kickstarter account. More details to come next week!

International Shipping Prices Have Decreased

While preparing our BackerKit surveys we have been working hard to lock in the best shipping prices possible for you! We are excited to share that the fulfillment company we are partnering with will be able to ship your rewards to some international locations at lower costs than we had originally estimated! Our updated shipping prices for all regions are listed here in our updated shipping chart. If you have any questions about which shipping region you are a part of please send a message and we can let you know.

Danny Got the Tattoo!

Finally, the news you've all been waiting for! As promised when we hit our $30,001 stretch goal our game artist, Danny, got the same tattoo as our CULTivate character Ryan O'Hunter. Attached are pictures showing his newest ink!

Our Pre-Order store for CULTivate is now open! For anyone who missed the campaign you are still able to pre-order your copy of the game along with any cult Welcome Packages you'd like!

Update on Backer Surveys

If you are already a backer through the campaign you do not need to visit the Pre-order store as you will be able to add any additional items through the pledge manager when your survey comes out. We are still preparing the surveys, and are getting more accurate shipping prices so we can send them to you soon. In the meantime, happy gaming!

What an unbelievable final day we had of the campaign! CULTivate was successfully funded by 1351 backers and raised $52,493! Thank you for supporting us and for helping us make our first game a reality!

Now that the campaign is done what happens next?

 We are preparing our backer survey through our Pledge Manger, BackerKit, which will be sent to you in a couple of weeks. This survey will help us collect information from you including your shipping address (or if you will be picking up your game in Fargo), what add-ons you'd like, which character's welcome package you want, and more. You will also be able to take care of your shipping charges through the pledge manager. Keep the survey on your radar and watch for an update from us letting you know when the surveys are ready!

When will I get my game?

We are already working with our manufacturer on starting the production for our game, so we plan to get your copy to you by the end of October! We will be sure to keep on posting updates as new developments arise or to let you know where we are at in the production and shipping timeline so you can hold us accountable for getting your reward to you!

Can a pledge still be made after that campaign?

Although the campaign on Kickstarter has ended we will still be selling our game through our pre-order store! If anyone missed the campaign they can still purchase their copy of CULTivate or their cult Welcome Packages! Our pre-order store will be linked here on the campaign page soon so keep an eye out for that!
