CULTivate arrived in Fargo this morning!

I repeat...the games are here! We are so excited to get the games out to everyone so we will be working hard with fulfillment until we get everything sent out. Our goal is to get orders fulfilled ASAP, so the end of October is still the timeline to expect your reward. If you have moved or need to update your address before we ship your game please message us ASAP with your updated address. More info on Local Pickup will be coming soon so keep an eye on your email/Kickstarter inbox in the coming days. Below are pictures of the games in the warehouse and all of the rewards for you to enjoy while we work on fulfillment. Happy gaming!

Still Waiting...

We wanted to pop in to let you know that the boat made it to the U.S. but we have not yet gotten the games here in Fargo. Unfortunately we are caught up in the worldwide shipping delays and the games are still waiting to be unloaded from the boat. We are anxiously waiting to hear back about improvements in the port congestion and will keep you in the loop as we learn more. 

While we've been waiting on the games to arrive we've been keeping busy promoting and demoing CULTivate. Thanks to a grant we received from the state of North Dakota, we were able to attend Gen Con to exhibit CULTivate and had lots of folks stop by to demo the game. For those of you who don't know, Gen Con is that largest board game convention in the U.S. It was absolutely surreal to be in the same exhibit hall with some of our favorite game designers and game companies. This never could have happened without the support from each and every one of our backers so we wanted to say thank you again! I hope to share an update on shipping soon, but until then we will keep waiting patiently. Happy gaming!

BackerKit surveys lock in 5 days! We're on a boat!

We've got a couple of big updates for you today!

Cards will be charged through BackerKit on September 1st

That's right, this is your LAST CHANCE to update or fill out your BackerKit survey to select add-ons, provide or update your shipping address, or select our local pickup option. *Remember that if you are planning to pick up your game in Fargo for free you should select Local Pickup under your country rather than United States. The surveys will lock in your details on September 1st, but if you need to update any information after that date you can still send us a direct message and we can manually update any info for you. You have already been charged for your Kickstarter pledge back in March but any additional costs for shipping fees or add-ons will also be charged on September 1st. 

We're On a Boat!

We're so excited to tell you that CULTivate left the manufacturer in early August and is on the boat on its way to us! It should be hitting the port this week in the U.S. and arriving to us in mid-September! Once we receive the games we will begin working on fulfillment and getting all of your rewards sent out to you!

Fan Favorite Poll Results

In our previous update we asked you to vote on your fan favorite Cult Leader and the winner is...PAULA NATION! 🎉 If you want to join this Queen Bee's cult you can still select her Welcome Package add-on in BackerKit to receive her button, pin, magnet, and sticker. In our poll we also asked about interest in a fan favorite cult leader T-shirt. Based on the results we are choosing not to offer this at this time. Timeline Update

Wanted to pop in to give you some updates on where we are at in our production and fulfillment timeline. The games just wrapped up mass production and are in the assembly process right now. Once assembly is complete they will be ready to be packaged and shipped to us for fulfillment. As of now we are still hoping (fingers crossed) to be on time with our October 2021 fulfillment schedule, but we have been having trouble finding open space on a shipping vessel to get the games over seas. Due to this backup in shipping we may end up behind on our timeline, but in an effort to be as transparent as possible with the process we will keep you posted as we learn more. 

1 month left to complete/Update BackerKit Surveys

As we are nearing September 1st (the deadline for our BackerKit surveys to close) we wanted to remind you that you can still select add-ons (including your favorite cult leader's Welcome Package!), and make changes (Including your address if you are moving) to your survey. If you have already completed your survey and need to make changes you can find the confirmation email you received when you completed your BackerKit survey and click the link that says "Use this link to return to your survey at any time". From there you should be able to update your information in the survey. Feel free to message us if you need any additional help!

Help Us Determine the "Fan Favorite"!

Our team has long debated who the "fan favorite" character is in CULTivate so we've decided to actually ask you, the fans. We are also discussing the idea of selling a CULTivate T-shirt designed with the logo of the fan favorite character, but want to know that our fans would like it before we print anything. Below is an example of what the shirt might look like. Check Out the CULTivate Prototype!

We've got an exciting sneak peek to share with you! As part of the game production process, our manufacturer sent us a prototype set of the game to look at before mass production began. While the prototype isn't an exact version of what the final game will be like, we are still thrilled to share with you some first looks at CULTviate!

Production Timeline Update

After we adjusted and approved the preproduction copy of CULTivate, it went into mass production and is currently in that phase. We just heard word from our manufacturer this week that mass production should wrap up on July 16th. After mass production wraps, our games will be ready for freight shipping. As of right now we are still on track to meet our October 2021 fulfillment deadline and we will continue to keep you in the loop as we get updates on the timeline.

Moving Soon? You can still complete your BackerKit Survey!

We have received completed BackerKit surveys from most of our backers but are still waiting to hear back from a few folks. We have heard concerns from backers about not having filled out surveys because of an address change coming up between now and fulfillment. That's okay! If you are not yet sure what your shipping address will be you have two options:

• You can complete your BackerKit survey now and go back in later to update your address 
• You can leave your survey uncompleted until you have all of the info you need, but you will continue to receive reminder emails from BackerKit asking you to complete your survey

We have also had concerns from backers who never received their BackerKit survey. If this is the case for you, please reach out to us and we can resend your survey to an updated email address. If you are having any other concerns with your BackerKit survey please reach out to us and let us know how we can help!
